Biography
Dancehall music producer. Worked with Donovan Germain in the late 80’s, and was employed as the resident engineer at the Penthouse studio in Slipe Road, Kingston, Jamaica. Founder of the label Madhouse. Brother of Tony ‘CD’ Kelly.
