Penthouse Records presents the “Come Back Darling Riddim”
The “Come Back Darling Riddim” is a remake of a Rocksteady 1969’s single of the same name, originally performed by Johnny Osbourne and The Sensations.
This brand-new Reggae version, produced by Penthouse Records, is much slower than the 1969’s cut. It has quite a different vibe, and somehow it sounds more lovey dovey.
Otherwise, in terms of production it is a decent riddim, even though it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It features Dalton Harris, Gappy Ranks, Nana McLean and Slashe. You may click here to view the track list.
You can also check out the original song: “Come Back Darling,” performed by Johnny Osbourne & The Sensations, and produced by Winston Riley for The Techniques.
The riddim is available for streaming, and purchase on digital stores. You may click here to preview the compilation or click here to buy it.
