Jayden Chambers a Portmore native with a global sound and appeal. He is a true artisan and should be considered as one for the future. He’s an actor, singer, musician and writer. His stage and acting name is Jayden and he’s sometimes considered or referred to as “The Creative Outlaw”. With that being said its clear when you listen and see him in full glory it makes sense. He is a purist that is willing to push the boundaries sonically and within the realms of acting and stage theatre. Now he is wrapping up his debut project which is set to be out this month.
His first single which has been doing well on DSP and Youtube is making its rounds. The title is “HENNY” which is abbreviated for Hennessy. The track is really a love song which he uses the narrative of Henny being intoxicated with the emotion. Jayden has found a creative way to use the everyday things around him become part of his story telling which allows the listener to be a part of the experience. The video which has solid numbers and views is also a representation of the former Edna student. He incorporated the theatrics of classical dance to display that the single is heavily based in creativity,visually and sonically.
This is single should give us a view or insight of what the EP/Album should be sounding like. The title of the project is “In Di Indies”. We have been allowed to hear a few tracks as we said its a very musically inspiring project and we ask that you support the youths and their music.
