HypeYawdz Records presents “Beat It Up”, a brand-new Dancehall single by Windem
Brooklyn Dancehall recording artist Windem is back with a brand-new single titled “Beat It Up” produced by Di Great from HypeYawdz Records. The riddim is partly based on a vocal sample from Windem‘s previous riddim as well as a short sample of the classic “Fever Pitch Riddim”. When he sings “I met a sexy girl her name was Shelly. Da gyal a hot me a mek yuh know. If me ever tell yuh about Shelly she know fi 6 30 and touch all her toes. That’s why I had to…” you can hear the reference he makes to 1992 hit single “Murder She Wrote” made famous by Chaka Demus & Pliers.
The song is available for purchase on digital music platforms such as iTunes & Amazon. You can download and listen to it for free on Soundcloud. Comment and share if you like.
