Shocking Vibes presents the “Odour Riddim,” released in 1997
The “Odour Riddim” was produced by Patrick Roberts for Shocking Vibes in 1997. It features various artists such as Beenie Man, Richie Stephens, Devonte, Ghost, and more.It is a regular Dancehall riddim. Somehow, most songs on it are decent. Yet, it doesn’t sound exceptional. Shocking Vibes has put out much better riddims like the “Corduroy” in 1994 or the “Bada Bada” in 1999.On the riddim, Beenie Man sings about war, and A.R.P. covered “Return of the Mack,” made famous by Mark Morrison in 1996. There’s no notable hit on this riddim.Do not hesitate to leave a comment below. Let us know what you think of it. Share and comment if you like it.
